**For revising tags only. To set up a new Tag, please use the new submission page (click here). If you own multiple tags, a profile needs to be set-up for each. You cannot update multiple tags with a single profile.

DO NOT CHANGE THE FOLLOWING FIELDS! Order and/or Last name. This makes up your QR code URL. Changing these fields will break the link to the QR Code set up for your tag.

 

Once logged in, fields should auto-populate with your previous form information. Filling in text/uploading files will overwrite the previous submission. Deleting auto populated text will overwrite the existing information. Once overwritten, the previous submission will not be available. Please ensure you are only updating the fields that you need to be updated.
